"Our lives are not determined by what happens to us, but how we react to what happens; not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life.  A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes.  It is a catalyst...a spark that creates extraordinary results."

 Client Service Specialist

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Shelley and Jackson PShelley is one of our Client Service Specialists at Northern Animal Clinic and has been a part of the NAC team since 2005. Since that time, she has brought new meaning to the title receptionist. She always goes the extra mile for our clients and their pets. Because of her dedication to our client’s satisfaction we have recently changed her title from Receptionist to Client Service Specialist! Shelley loves seeing all of our wonderful patients every day and enjoys getting to know each of their unique personalities.  You’ll know her when you see her…she’s the one with the big smile on her face!
In her spare time, Shelley likes to ride bikes and hike with her husband Rudy. They have been married for 30 years and have a daughter who she visits every chance she gets. Shelley is a decorative artist and will paint anything that can’t get away from her! She likes to joke that her pets never like to lie still for very long.  She is an amazing artist and friend to all that know her.
Her cats Emma and Jenny are very lucky to have gotten a second chance and have the honor of calling her their momma.  Recently her beloved mixed breed dog Wyatt, also a rescue, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. With the passing of Wyatt Shelley found her house to be too quiet, so she once again found herself checking out the rescue sites until she fell into puppy love with her new puppy Jackson P.
You can always find Sherry at the reception desk keeping our clients entertained and giving them the great client service they’ve come to expect at NAC. You’ll know her when you see her…she’s the one holding the kitties and puppies!
Sherry has a special interest in the Kyi-Leo breed of dogs and has 6 of them that she takes to dog shows. Along with her pack of dogs she also has 5 cats that rounds out her family and calls her momma. In Sherry’s spare time you can find her out in her garden with her dogs, planting flowers or playing with the frogs in her pond.
