NAC always welcomes the opportunity to see new patients and make new friends. We ask that you contact our office to schedule an appointment. One of our Client Service Specialists would be happy to help you.
When you contact our office, you will be greeted by one of our Client Service Specialists. They will ask you a few questions: your name, address, phone, pet's name and age, and the reason for your visit.
If your pet has been seen at another veterinary facility, we will ask for permission to contact that office so that we can have your pet's previous records faxed or emailed to us. These records are very helpful to our team, because they provide information regarding previous and on-going medical conditions and medications.
We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early for your appointment. This gives our team time to gather all your personal information and make sure all the forms are completed and entered into our computer system.
