Shelley is our Lead Client Service Specialist at Northern Animal Clinic and has been a part of the NAC team since 2005.  She always goes the extra mile for our clients and their pets. If she doesn't know the answer, she will be sure to find it for you!  Shelley loves seeing all of our wonderful patients every day and enjoys getting to know each of their unique personalities.  You’ll know her when you see her…she’s the one with the big smile on her face!

In her spare time, Shelley enjoys painting and likes to ride bikes and hike with her husband Rudy.  She has one dog, Jackson, and 2 cats, Emma & Jenny.

Cheryl had been a long-time client of Northern Animal Clinic before joining our team as a Client Service Specialist in 2015.  She is a big animal lover, and says this is her favorite job ever!  Cheryl is friendly and compassionate, and does her best to help clients with their questions and resolving problems. She is a good listener, and enjoys hearing from clients about their pets.

Cheryl has two dogs, Laila and Bailey; and two cats, Stella and Mya.

Rob has been a Client Service Specialist with Northern for 2 years.  He is always happy to help anywhere in the clinic... he takes takes care of the lawn in the summer, and has shifts in the kennel taking care of our boarding and hospitalized patients too!  His goal is for everyone to be satisfied whenever they visit here.

He is married to the lovely Michele, and has two children, three dogs, and one cat to round out the family.

Rob keeps busy at home renovating the house, makes great venison jerky and enjoys time outdoors hunting.

Beth has been bringing her dogs to Northern Animal Clinic long before she started working here in 2017. She loves working with a group of people who all love and care about animals like she does.  Spending each day getting to know clients and their treasured, furry "kids" is a wonderful way to spend the day!

Beth has two dogs Copper and Daisy (pictured) - both rescues from the Midland Humane Society. In her spare time, Beth spends time with her husband Ernie and step-daughter Izzy, and her beloved fur-babies.  She enjoys furry creatures, photography, sparkles, coffee, rainbows and naps.

"I hope I can bring some sunshine to your day. Thanks for coming to Northern Animal Clinic!"
